Love Buses Larnaca的点评
点评：Do not use this company if you are looking for an efficient service. I have used hop on hop off buses in many countries on my travels and I've never had any issues with any of them. On Monday may 5 2025 this all changed. I was on the morning sightseeing tour in Larnaca they were roughly about 10 customers on the tour. The tour itself included two stops one of 20 minutes and the other of 30 minutes. On the 20 minute stop the driver told us be would be leaving promptly at the designated time. I always assure to be back on the bus 3 to 5 minutes before departure and this has been my practice on all such tours, the driver came I counted the pastors before departure no issue with this and it is normal procedure.
On the second 30 minutes stop Driver said the same thing again. However as I was returning to the designated stop where the bus was supposed to be and it was at least three minutes before departure time to my horror I saw the bus driving down the road having left me behind. Bear in mind there were only 10 people on the bus so either the driver miscounted or simply did not bother to count which left me stranded. I immediately rang the company office had a conversation with an agent on the phone who was not very helpful to say the least. His only solution to my predicament was to suggest I wait for four hours for the next bus. I could understand if I had arrived after the designated time at the stop but I made sure as i always do of being before the time of departure. This was my first visit to Larnaca this experience spotted from somewhat, I could not recommend this company in anyway.
