Don’t recommend for anyone but nice nature around
鲁伊萨洛Spa酒店的点评
点评：Where to begin: we had a room with air conditioning that turned out to be a fan in the room. There was no basic turndown service.
By my mistake I had booked a room with separate beds and the hotel staff very rudely informed me that there was nothing to be done. I got the feeling that for a straight couple something would have been done.
The beds were from two decades ago and pillows were cheap. No goods nights slept as the sea view that we paid for also meant that they played music and held the bar open right underneath the window to ensure the paper thin windows and walls are noticed.
The family room with parking lot view that our friends were staying at was better that needs to be said. However the “spa” is 3 cold pools of water one of which has bubbles. So not actually a spa.
Restaurant that we visited twice was terrible experience both times: first time at bar side they didn’t know how to make the cocktails they listed. Second time at dinner with our friends they forgot the order of my partners and missed all the allergen modifications of my friend’s. Food was not good.. pizza and burgers were edible but risotto was rice drowning in vegetable broth.
Compared to the price this is definitely a rip off, which is a shame as the nature around is beautiful and begging for a quality spa hotel.
