Where ’customer service’ is a country they never heard of.

点评：Stay far away from this hotel!
Unjust Cancellation and very bad Customer Service
- The booking was cancelled without explanation.
- We had made a booking that was confirmed, three months before the arrival date, for 17 wedding-guests.
-When we two weeks upon arrival and as agreed, submitted a list with the guestnames and a request to pre-pay. The reply from the hotel was that the booking had been cancelled.
Inadequate and Unprofessional Communication
-We called the hotel for clarification and were told that the cancellation was due to a concert on the same date, to which the hotel "had not taken into account" when confirming our reservation.
Lack of Support -and Price Gouging
-When we (thinking they were overbooked), asked for help to finding alternative accommodations, we were rudely told to "book online”.
-We later discovered that the hotel still had available rooms—now at double the price to what we had originally reserved.
- This experience was highly disappointing -and uncalled for. The hotel displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
- I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
