点评:After a carer in restaurant & hospitality for over 20 years, I would say that I have some experience.
Allthou we always tried to eat somwhere else than in the restaurant, because my experience is telling me to stick with breakfast.
But in a weak moment we decided to give it a chance.
I understand that the main focus is on the seafood but come on.
In the menu it said, corn fedd chicken with hollandaise sauce...
Was served chicken leg ( should've been informed. Extreme salty and the sauce was extreme sour and the two poor sallad leafs that was added Best part of the meal even though they filled no function at all more than the bitterness, that we already had recieved.
But it didn't seem to the hoffmaestro was very interested of providing information, maybe he knew that there was no point.
The rigatoni with truffle and aged Danish cheese sounds delicious, but even here..
Overcooked pasta, flavourless.
An idea for this dish is to call it mac n cheese, even if mac n cheese has more flavours to it.

Brie, with dry figs
and roasted breakfast bread i mean come on.
Although this place just gotten new owners in form of Michelin restaurant owners, it got a long road ahead. One wouldve thought that maybe they'd be inspired, but so far no sign of anything other than overpriced mediocre and flavourless waste.
However this is a great Hotel with a fantastic spa. And the nature that sorrunds it is just magical..
