I had dinner at Milos tonight and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. Especially, the mentality of the personnel after I mention that I am not happy with specific examples.
The service was slow and inattentive, with long gaps between courses and very little engagement from the staff. The food quality was well below expectations—especially the potato salad, which was completely inedible.
I shared my feedback politely during the meal, expecting at least a gesture of acknowledgment. Instead, I was asked how much percentage tip I’d like to leave, right after explaining that the service and food were poor. I found this completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I had to ask 2 times to pour water and 2 times to speed up service. At the end, instead of waiting another 30 minutes to get the bill, I went to the cashier on my own to pay. And the reaction of the restaurant Manager instead of apologizing was "How much % of my check to leave as tips...".
For a restaurant with such a strong reputation, this experience was disappointing across the board.
I hope the team takes this feedback seriously—there’s a clear need for improvement and never forget "Customers vote with their feet".
