点评：Been here multiple times each time I visit Athens. I have only had drinks and each time the cocktails I order are well poured and well mixed but really what keeps bringing us back is the service. Greece has a bit of a different customer service standard when eating out. Not that the standard is bad its just more casual than what we are accustomed to in the states. However at this place the service, is much more aligned with the US standard. Nearly all Greek servers are friendly so that is nothing out of the ordinary, what makes Louis Bistro extra ordinary is the attentiveness without hovering, making sure the ice bucket is full, as your drink is almost done the server will come and ask if they can refill it or if you would like to try a different drink, ask how you liked it, make a recommendation etc. I must admit I get tired of constantly having to flag my server down whenever anyone at the table needs something, at Louis Bistro you will not have to flag a server down, before you even realize you need something your server has already anticipated your needs and will be table side with a warm smile to help.
