点评:We have eaten here over the past four years and it gets a little better every time. Although the venue and Vista are worth a trip to the top of the Savoy alone the attentiveness of the staff both at the Sky bar and Galaxia restaurant make it even more special. This is before you even begin your meal. The mixologist has their spin on the night sky with their cocktails and will make any drink you request with no hesitation. Drink in the drinks and the views of the Beautiful Funchal day or night before you are escorted to your table.
We have had various taster menus on offer previously. Which are wonderful with the fantastic Sommelier Andre and his passion for both Portuguese and global wines but this time we went for the Ala carte menu starting with the scallops and the giant red prawn starters followed by the monkfish and the Grouper ( the pictures dont do thwm justiice) . The meals are works of art and the balance of flavours so that you can taste each of the ingredients while complimenting the others makes the experience even better. The dishes are small enough to let you enjoy three courses plus cheese without leaving you over full or bloated.
