Vehicle was unroadworthy - damaged electrics, unsecured gas canisters, no brake lights, no side indicators, no tyre repair kit, no fire extinguisher, 24/7 roadside assistance that took 5 days to reply. Bedding covered in blood and semen. No other way to contact this company. Resorted to emailing owner and senior managers including GM of Europe who blocked my email address. Had to return vehicle less than 20% into holiday due to safety concerns, no support and no actual help. Expect you to pay for the cost if repairs even if they are thousands of dollars and then apply for a refund. No actual maintenance contracts with providers, at least in Italy.. Purchased premium protection which caps your liability. However within hours of drop off they had charged our credit card thousands for damage we didn’t do, or which should be covered by insurance. This is an absolute con. They don’t care about you or your safety - if you ask for clarification they stop responding and block your email address. Absolutely disgusting company with no conscience, care, morals or ethics.
