点评：I have been a regular visitor to The Lighthouse in Lagos, but my recent breakfast experience was quite disappointing. I ordered the small breakfast, which was overpriced at €9.99. The portion was meager, consisting of one link sausage, one slice of bacon, one tomato, a small piece of stale bread, and some beans.
In comparison, the larger breakfast seemed much more substantial, including two sausages, two slices of bacon, two eggs, a hash brown, and more. However, it was too large for me. I requested to swap the fried egg in the small breakfast for a hash brown, but my request was flatly denied, even though I offered to pay extra. I would have even changed to scrambled eggs if that was an option, but it wasn’t.
The cappuccino I ordered was mostly froth with very little coffee, and the waitress never checked in to see how my meal was. Given the high price, the quality and service were far below expectations.
After checking TripAdvisor, I noticed other customers had similar experiences, and the owner’s responses to negative reviews were quite rude, often dismissing concerns with comments like “bye bye then.”
Overall, I was very disappointed with my breakfast at The Lighthouse and will reconsider visiting again.
