点评：This is a delightful hotel with attention to detail and excellent staff on hand for your every need. It’s a hidden gem in a lovely town which we have overlooked for years on trips to Portugal. It’s spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We chose the spa room with its own enormous spa bath for two. The view from the room was non existent but this didn’t feel like an issue as there are great views from the pool area where we spent most of our days. The breakfast selection and quality was fabulous as was the one on site Italian restaurant. There are an abundance of restaurants within walking distance so we are out most evenings with the help of the reception team and their excellent local knowledge. I had a facial in the spa, the first in years, and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed it. This hotel has a welcoming 5* feel about it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
