点评：We booked our reservation for a birthday and when we arrived our table was not reserved. Eventually we were shown to an outside table which had a beautiful view. Our drinks order took 15 minutes with staff rushing past constantly saying “just a minute” A couple with a dog appeared at the next table with their drinks order took order and meal order taken before ours (they appeared to be regulars) Finally the drinks order was taken with wrong drinks for the boys arriving (if you cant bring a child’s drink to the table then there is a problem) when we pointed out the error we got looks from staff as if it was our fault. New drinks came with no ice as requested and then another confusion began about the ice, it was ridiculous. Whilst waiting for our food guests around us were complaining about service with food arriving with huge gaps and staff having to be reminded. The fist of our food then came (mine) the pasta was terribly undercooked, then ten minutes later fries came for one of the children and then another 15 minutes later the pizzas arrived. By this time I had eaten my now cold pasta. Still around us guests were complaining about delays, except for the regular couple who were served very efficiently. When the bill came we were charged for items we had not ordered. Our experience was poor in the extreme, the evening should have been a celebration, alas it was not. A couple of the staff were rude and inefficient. It is a real shame as the location is perfect, it’s a shame the staff and kitchen are not.
