点评：We never got our food.
I had called the restaurant to ask if we could book a table for 4 outside, and I gave my name. He asked me for what time, I said the same evening at 7.30, he said OK.
At 7.30 I arrive and was before my friends, 2 bigger tables were still free so I took one, expecting them to come check whether I was the one who had booked. No one came and in the meantime the other big table got taken as well. Not a big deal, but with this you already know that bookings are a joke.
My friends came, no one came outside to take our order. Not a big deal, I entered to make the order. There was a woman and a man at the counter.
The woman asked me what we wanted.
When ordering lamb skewer she asked the man whether they still had it, he said no, I asked if they then had chicken skewers instead, they answered positively so I ordered this as well as other dishes that were available, and said we were sitting outside. The woman took note of our order.
While we were waiting we saw people coming and going, probably for take-aways. Some dishes were served outside but it seemed very slow. After almost half an hour I went inside as we hadn’t had our food yet to ask if it would still take long. There were several other people waiting asking for their food.
The man told me he didn’t have the food anymore (while we had ordered half an hour before, with his confirmation that they had it, and he didn’t bother to come give any heads up!). When I asked him why, he told me that the woman had messed up with the orders (she was not there anymore). He didn’t offer to compensate in any way whatsoever. I asked him which other meats he could prepare and he answered angrily « I don’t have anything ».
Conclusion: I don’t know whether the food is good, but the service and the treatment of the customer is an absolute ZERO.
