点评：We arrived at 12 noon for what was going to be an anticipated good meal. BUT when I tried to open their front door, it would not open because the handle was difficult to operate. The lady cooking saw that I was struggling and BITTERLY went over to open the door while GLARING AND THROWING NASTY LOOKS at me and my elderly mother.
As I continued to speak to the male staffer, the lady continued to glare and stare and give me the head to toe look. So I asked the male staffer what the problem was with the lady and why she was so mean and glaring at us. He said it’s because I don’t know how to open doors.
I am in the restaurant industry and never would I glare at a guest for having difficulty in opening the front door. The male staffer then said that WE had to understand that the lady was mad because we did not know how things work in their restaurant. WE WALKED OUT IN DISGUST AND ANGER AT THE WAY THEY “WELCOME” GUESTS.
NEVER PATRONIZE RUDE, MEAN RESTAURANTS AND THEIR OWNERS. THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY OTHER RESTAURANTS WHOSE STAFF IS WARM AND WELCOMING WITH MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND APPARENTLY I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO EXPERIENCED RUDE TREATMENT.
