Great for Monks. Not so much for guests in 2023.

点评：The Leerhotel Het Klooser is an unusual hotel.
The building is ugly, the inside is uninspiring and dated. All of which is perhaps not a surprise if monks used to live there. Next door is a conventional college along with a trainee catering college who work in the hotel. These trainee students make up a good percentage of the staff especially in relation to the catering. This is applaudable although they are a little dilatory at times.
The main staff are excellent and very welcoming. The bar area wasn’t particularly functioning and the location of the hotel wasn’t nearly many places of interest. Especially if you are walking.
Tips:
In walking distance, if you want a nice bar and snacks then go through a nearby forest to the Fletcher Hotel.
If you don’t want to lose 3 hours of your life in a drab environment, avoid the 4 course meal option.
