Sea Food Bar Amsterdam的点评
点评：The seafood bar is a buzzy place but it is resting on it's laurels. They were out of the featured appetizer, as well as another we selected at 8 pm. We settled on octopus that was all potatoes and a few bites of octopus. When I requested a plain grilled in olive oil sea bass it was tasteless and they changed my husband's order putting everything on the side without consulting him. When we asked about the order, the waitress blew us off. In the states they try to make up their mistakes to you-here they offered to make something else but at our expense. No offer for a glass of wine or dessert or anything at all. We had been looking forward to this dinner based on reviews but it was a huge disappointment, especially the service. The gimmicky seafood tower is probably the way to go since they can't seem to do a nice piece of fish well. There are so many better restaurants to try in Amsterdam.
