点评：At Proeflokaal Brechje, my dining experience was special for several reasons. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the efficient service.
The service was exceptional. There was plenty of staff, ensuring that all my needs were attended to. They frequently checked in to see how everything was, which made for a very attentive dining experience. The speed of the courses was at the perfect speed, it wasn’t to fast or too slow.
The food was surprisingly good. For the appetizer, I had bruschetta, which happens to be my favourite. The presentation was very appealing, simple but nice. It set the tone for the rest of the meal. For my main course, I had barbecue ribs, corn on the cob, and fries. Although the portion size was a bit small, the taste made up for it. Everything was delicious.
However, I was disappointed to find that they didn’t offer any lactose-free options for dessert. This was a bit of a letdown, considering the otherwise excellent experience.
Overall, Proeflokaal Brechje delivered a delightful dining experience with attentive service and delicious food. Despite the limited dessert options for those with dietary restrictions, I would still recommend this restaurant for a pleasant meal out.
