点评：I've been here before because I'm a big fishnchips fan. When made correctly. And in my mind's eye it was the last time I was here. But not this time. They told they were out of mushed peas only garden peas available. A minus but I okeyed it. The beer selection was rather limited, and being an English joint they certainly didn't care much to have British pints. Only two on draught, so I chose one of the six bottled ones, Amstel.
Service was not the most warmhearted, more businesslike. Ice cold Amstel served swiftly and the meal after about 15 minutes.
No peas! Tartarsauce available in tiny sachels and I used them all. Fish hot and crispy but not in a batter I expected from an English place. Chips looked home chipped, were hot and fine.
Starting on the filet I had to remove a strand of white hair, the waitress lost one? Being hungry I didn't ask them to give me a new dish, who knows what would accompany that?
So if I ever come back to Orihuela Costa I will not try again.
