点评:On a rainy cold night in Zurich we recently visited Anna for the third time. As was the previous visits it was a lovely evening with wonderful food, wine and service.
We did the six course tasting menu. The evening started with three 'snacks', small dishes to get started. I really enjoyed the the zucchini tartlet with goat cheese; my wife's first choice was the flaxseed chip with celery and capers.
What followed was a series of six outstanding dishes. Included was a kumquat dish that was great; a rhubarb 'straccietella' that was a total surprise; gnocchi dish that was wildly creative, these and all the dishes were really really good. Dessert was four more treats, including chocolate truffle, a citrus cookie along with a goat cheese and citrus dip and one bite item I can't name but remember as a sweet taste explosion in my mouth.
My wife and I are gluten free and our requirement for gluten free dining was handled without fuss. Several off menu dishes were prepared to accommodate us and a small loaf of gluten free bread was served. Good job by the kitchen and the service team.
Anna is slightly out of the way, but it's easy to find. Simply take the tram to Milchbuck and walk a short distance to the north-west.
We highly recommend Restaurant Anna and can't imagine traveling to Zurich without stopping there for dinner.
