点评：The Aigu Restaurant & Bar in Zug offers good food in a modern setting, but unfortunately, the service fell short during my visit.
The food was of good quality and tasted great. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the disorganized and unprofessional service. After being seated, we were only given the drinks menu and had to wait a considerable amount of time before receiving the food menu, which only came after we asked again. The staff appeared visibly stressed, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests.
A key issue was with the drinks. I ordered a Caipiroska but was served a Caipirinha instead. Despite pointing this out, the replacement was still incorrect, and another Caipirinha was brought. The staff’s reaction to the mistake was unprofessional and seemed irritated, leaving us feeling unwelcome.
To add to the disappointment, the incorrect Caipirinha remained on the bill even though it had been returned. Such errors in billing should not happen and reflect poorly on the establishment’s attention to detail.
In summary, while the food was enjoyable, the service lacked organization, professionalism, and attentiveness. The stress among the staff was palpable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the evening. There is potential for improvement, but significant changes to the service are needed to create a more positive guest experience.
