点评:We stayed at the hotel connected to L’Academia and booked for an evening meal. The restaurant is modern and appealing with a good atmosphere, the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. We chose the carpaccio de boeuf and burrata starters. Both were okay, but the carpaccio was loaded with lots of unnecessary extras that overpowered the beef. The burrata was nice but not amazing. For main course we chose fish of the day (sea bream) and seafood pasta. Both were underwhelming, the fish was a small fillet served with over reduced ratatouille and a horrible lemon foam. My husband sent his pasta back as it was too salty. When the dish returned, it was better, but not homemade pasta and had 8 mussels/clams which is not a real ‘seafood’ pasta and for 44 francs was very expensive. Disappointing even if we had paid half of what we did. Had much better food in a traditional brasserie. Would not recommend.
