点评：I went there with friends for spritz and was horrified by the sheer sullen and rude service. at first we thought it was accidental - just a rude waitress but when we went to the cashier to pay, the cashier was just as sullen. Honestly, it was embarrassing and shocking for us and left us having to explain to our visitor that this is not normal at all as we have been in lucca a long time and while we may have service that is lukewarm or less then efficient, we had never ever encountered sullen and rude service. Because we live in Lucca, we avoided what we thought were tourist traps on the wall but our friend was keen to have an apertif on the wall itself. We have had drinks in other bars on the wall but not this particular one, which is why we decided to try it out. It is possibly one of the worst customer service we have ever experienced in the 4 years we have been in Lucca. I have no idea what the problem is ... . The response to any questions we asked were snipey, rude and dismissive. anyway, there are other places ...
