点评：I have been Europe for over two years now and really trying to find this is Sushi and I keep saying I'm going to give up but I go somewhere new and I try. My wife and I were recently on vacation in Florence and Sushi was not on the top of my food list but circumstance led us to having sushi and we ate here. Unfortunate we were in Florence during the recent flooding and that combined with some other circumstances forced us to be inside in the evenings a few times, and so we ordered through Glovo food delivery. Now, I know certain things are obvious here: one eating sushi in Florence is probably not the best idea and two, ordering takeout food is never a great idea. We were told that this restaurant was the best sushi bar in Florence, and based on its prices we thought it must be a really good experience and so we took a chance and ordered food. Food for two people was over €150 and I have to be honest and say it was not worth €50. The overall quality of the rice was quite poor. The flavor of the different fish was almost nonexistent and it just was not a great eating experience. I understand that maybe it's difficult for European restaurants to understand what a good sushi restaurant is, but if that price point I was expecting a much higher quality experience. I don't think I would go back.
