Spacious apartment perfect location. Clumsy service
佛罗伦萨共和国奢华出租公寓 | 乌纳体验酒店的点评
点评：First and foremost it has nice views of the Duomo from a spacious apartment in the perfect location. It’s clean, good bathroom and showers (though weirdly in the middle of the room). Nice touch to have a nespresso machine and complimentary Prosecco.
But do not confuse it for a hotel. It’s more of an AirBnB with minimal information on procedures. Specifically, there was no procedure to check out. Staff were not helpful and misled us about ability to leave luggage after checking out (not possible). Nobody was there to collect keys on a Sunday.
So, hopefully you have a morning train from Florence or your own car — otherwise you’ll be stuck carrying your bags throughout the city on the day you check out. If you check out on a Sunday, use your FOB to open the large doors, leave your key on the reception deck and run out before the doors close again!
