点评：My husband and I just returned to our hotel after having dinner at Calistro. It was absolutely delicious! We were looking for something different after weeks of eating the typical Florentine beef and pasta, etc. This place did not disappoint! (It has vegan and gluten free options too.) The Tortelloni (a regional ravioli stuffed with mashed potatoes and topped with a choice of several different savory toppings) were excellent, and the special Pasticc was creamy with savory ham and peas. The best part, however, was the special Falaguit, a homemade falafel burrito. I can honestly say it was the best falafel wrap I have ever had! The vegan sauce was amazing! It was so good, that my husband and I ordered one to split, and then immediately ordered another. We are already talking about coming back to eat here next year! The husband and wife team that own this place were incredibly charming and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit Calistro again.
