点评:A restaurant owned by three sisters, this is truly a gastronomic experience! Everything from the intimate charming rustique atmosphere to the amazing food and service surpassed all expectations. We began with the beef tartare with truffles and lemon sauce topped with egg yolk as a first course, then shared the spaghetti a la mare with flaked tuna in a creamy delicate walnut sauce and concluded with the veal saddle with mixed vegetable. Each and every mouthful was savory and done to perfection! We concluded the meal with an unusual dessert, Bianco Manzara, comprised of fresh almond cream with crumble nuts, fruit bar, pieces of mango and passionfruit and a coulis of red fruits and mint served in homemade family ceramic cup. An absolute gem of a restaurant, not to be missed. An unusual fusion-style menu. Reservations highly advisable.
