点评：Unfortunately, my experience at Radici Ristorante was extremely disappointing. The menu was very limited and, even worse, half of the dishes were unavailable. Incredibly, there wasn’t even a pasta alla Norma, an unacceptable absence in a city like Palermo.
The service was slow and unfriendly, with dishes clearly made from non-fresh ingredients. Moreover, we weren’t even served any bread at the table, a detail that made the experience even worse. The dishes did not match the descriptions on the menu at all, and the overall quality was terrible. I’ve never eaten so poorly in a restaurant.
To make the evening even worse, a friend of ours couldn’t find any dish he liked, and no alternative or suggestion was offered by the staff. In the end, he was simply given a basket of bread, with nothing to accompany it, halfway through the dinner.
Adding to the discomfort, I discovered that the kitchen was managed by only one person, who was also a foreigner, and evidently did not have the knowledge or competence necessary to prepare traditional Sicilian dishes.
When I tried to give constructive feedback directly at the table, the waiter reacted defensively and didn’t accept any advice or criticism.
