点评：After spending time in Rome and Florence enjoying incredible Italian food, my friend and I were craving some Arabic cuisine for a change. We found this restaurant just a 15-minute walk from where we were staying. It had decent reviews and a nice vibe, so we decided to give it a try.
When we arrived, the place was completely empty—just us. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag. We ordered the mixed grill and fettah. When the food arrived, we were honestly shocked. The mixed grill plate was mostly covered in salad—over two-thirds of the plate—leaving very little actual meat. As for the fettah, it came in a dish so small it could barely fit a single biscuit. It had overly grilled bread and just a thin layer of yogurt on top. It didn’t match any traditional version of fettah we've had before.
We politely called the waitress over to share our feedback. She simply said that's how she was taught to prepare it. We didn't make a scene—we just set the dish aside and didn’t touch it again. Of course, it still showed up on the bill.
I left feeling genuinely disappointed. I paid without arguing, not wanting to let the experience spoil the rest of our trip.
