点评：We rented a vespa from this shop for a day in Rome. We had read several good reviews about the prices being fair and the shop owner being easy to work with. I can relate to the review about the shop owner being judgmental towards Americans. When we told him where we were from you could tell he wasn't thrilled and we had a few doubts he wouldn't rent to us- however we kept talking with him and he lightened up a little. Driving in Rome is MUCH different so I understand his hesitations. We rented one Vespa (my husband has a motorcycle license so I just rode on the back which was comfortable). We paid 65 euro which was the same price we saw at other shops in the area, and was cheaper than others. This shop also closed later than other ones we found so we were able to keep the Vespa a little longer. We were provided with helmets and the owner gave us some pointers about areas to avoid and nice places to visit.
The vespa ran well and was easy to drive- it is a great way to see Rome and we had a lot of fun on the Vespa! - helmets provided by the shop were comfortable and we only had to put 5 euros of fuel in after driving around Rome for the day. When we returned to the shop around 18:00 (one hour before closing) the shop was locked but the sign said open- but we couldn't see him. We waited around for about 10 minutes before he came back and we were able to return everything.
