Italian Cooking Class and Olive Tour Experience的点评

Beautiful Sabina countryside views, Sally & Guido welcomed us as friends into their own home for a fantastic and interesting cooking lesson and the chance to eat our (delicious) results! The class was collaborative and fun, learning techniques and how to choose good ingredients was enlightening without being strenuous. We were so inspired, when we got home we're already looking for the necessary tools and ingredients to continue to make the pasta & cake from their recipes.
The olive tour was fascinating, seeing the largest tree and learning about the different varieties of olive and their history and husbandry in Sabina was a lovely experience, and the views, again, absolutely breathtaking of the valleys of olives and small towns.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome - immersive, relaxing, and intimate - I would say a don't-miss experience!
