点评：I came here with my partner and we both felt this place had something very special. The food was really creative, with brunch plates that mix Italian tradition and modern ideas, not the usual boring choices. I had eggs prepared in a unique way with truffle flavor, while my partner tried a dish with salmon and avocado that was both fresh and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy but modern, with a stylish design that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy a slow brunch. Service was warm and personal, the staff took their time to explain some dishes and give recommendations, which made the experience feel more intimate. Prices are a bit higher than a normal café, but the quality and originality justify it, I did not feel it was overpriced. We also enjoyed a very good cappuccino that completed the meal perfectly. Overall it felt like a perfect spot for a relaxed couple brunch in Rome.
