This charming restaurant across from the archaeological park was a real find. Highly recommend.

点评:It was great luck that right across the driveway and there was a big window with a view of the restaurant kitchen from the entrance to our B&B. What a find! We were in Pompei for several nights and the first dinner was so good, the staff so charming and the restaurant so comfortable we came back several more evenings after a day of sightseeing . The staff are warmly welcoming and do everything to make guests feel at home. The food is all delicious, inventive and plentiful , and between us my husband and I tried many things on the menu- all wonderful but dish of purple artichokes was a stand -out. . The maitre d was very helpful with recommendations for local wines to go with the dishes we ordered. .
Delightful amuse bouches with our pre dinner Aperol- especially the arancini and fritters of cauliflower topped with a dab of barbeque sauce that were so good we would happily have ordered more of both as a main course had the rest of the menu not been so inviting.
The dessert that deserves a special mention were the chef's freshly made beignets, sugar coated and hot from the fryer. Definitely one of the most more-ish things we've ever eaten.

值得特别一提的甜点是厨师新鲜制作的油炸饼,裹上糖粉,刚从油炸锅里拿出来。绝对是我们吃过的最令人回味无穷的东西之一。
