Blue Dream Small Group Tour from Salerno-an excellent shore excursion!

点评：We booked the “Blue Dream Capri Boat Tour for Small Groups” from Salerno via Viator. We booked though the Viator website, and email correspondence, the payment process and Viator app information prior to our cruise were all great.
Blue Dream Rental Boats.it website and the ‘Blue Dream Rental Boats’ Facebook page were also helpful.
The morning of the excursion, the wind and weather did not allow us to go to Capri, so Blue Dream offered the option to cancel with a full refund, or to substitute stops in Positano and Amalfi Town instead of Capri. We were glad we decided to take the modified excursion with Blue Dream, as it was an excellent independent cruise ship shore excursion and a great way to see the beautiful Amalfi coastline by boat and the charming towns of Positano and Amalfi by foot in one day.
Meeting at the blue tent on the second pier to the right of our cruise ship went well—Check Google Maps for the Blue Dream Rental Boat location if unsure.
Boat Captain Giovanni was very skilled at maneuvering through the rough water, and his boat was clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. Guide Victoria was energetic, organized, interesting, knowledgeable, informative and helpful.
We loved the boat stops along the coastline, especially our refreshing swim in the beautiful cool, blue water. The snacks and refreshments were delicious, too!
We enjoyed our stop in Positano, with time on our own to walk along the coastal wall, through the interesting streets and into the Santa Maria Assunta Church, and our stop in Amalfi town, with our visit to the Museo Diocesano Amalfi.
Overall, it was a fun, active, beautiful and interesting day that was great for a first time visit to the Amalfi coast, taking us to more attractions on a stress-free, organized, small group tour as compared to the ship’s shore excursions. I would highly recommend Blue Dream Rental Boat’s “Small Group Tour from Salerno” booked through Viator.
