点评：We had reserved a table for 8 for a family birthday celebration and arrived to find our table decorated for the occasion. Things just got steadily better after that.
Pedro, our server, introduced himself to us, talked us through the menu, made some very welcome suggestions and left us to choose over drinks. Throughout the evening, he kept in touch with us, never intrusively but humorously and made sure that we all had what we wanted. He was great.
Our meal was stupendous. We ordered a mixture of fish dishes - atun rojo, lubina - and meat - entrecote, solomillo, chicken - each prepared exactly as requested and each one delicious. My atun rojo was possibly the best I've ever tasted. The evening was a complete success for all of us, and Birthday Boy (he's 50) was delighted, especially with the closing rendition of Cumpleaños Feliz, complete with sparklers.
Thanks and well done Pedro, Marino and the entire Team Restaurante RCN for working so hard to make it such a success: we'll be back.
