点评：Our dining experience at Ikaro was nothing but a delight from start to finish. We cannot praise the chefs and the kitchen team highly enough, as all the dishes we tried were perfect in every aspect. It is the combination of flavour, texture, presentation, creativity and attention to detail which creates perfect harmony on your plate. Incredibly thoughtful way of putting ingredients together, so customers can be sure to try exceptional and exquisite Basque, Riojan and Ecuadorian dishes. Everything we ordered was nothing less than spectacular and packed with flavour. We don't know what to say about the chef and his team other than they are true artists. In addition to that staff members are attentive, professional, friendly, superbly efficient and on top of that very knowledgeable and well informed. Another aspect why we felt very comfortable at this restaurant is the atmosphere. It is beautifully decorated, very elegant in its simplicity which is so much better than overdecorating a place where the main focus should be on the food. Well done. Ikaro managed to create a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere for the customers while delivering impeccable service and outstanding dishes which are second to none.
