When we asked her why she denied the existence of the drink, she told us that not only did she not want to offer it to us, but that she would never serve us again. This violates not only my rights as a consumer but also existing regulations. It is not normal to be mistreated in a place where we paid almost €500.
Obviously, I will never return, and if I do, it will be to get the complaint form I requested and was also denied.
