点评：Hired two of the long range scooters and was told to pay €200 depsoit, if by card I was told it would be held for 5 working days and be released back into my account. After we dropped the scooters back ( perfect condition), I waited the 5 days for my refund deposit of €200 and when it did not come into my account I contacted LYNX who told me he did not tell me it would be refunded in 5 days it can take up to a month (which he lied about as my partner was with me and agreed that is what he said). He told me it’s not his fault it’s the banks, so I rang them and the bank said it’s nothing to do with them there are not pending transactions and confirmed i did not receive the refund. They warned me that scammers do this..So again I patiently waiting for a month for the refund to come into my account, checking every single day as it was money I was relying on. I contacted LYNX again today and tried to put all the blame on everyone else but themselves, made me feel so stupid and kept claiming that it was my fault and I probably didn’t even notice the money when I kept telling them I checked every single day! They won’t show me the bank transfers and claim the don’t have a bank?!!!!! They won’t let me ring them and anytime I ask for the manager or owner he won’t give me a contact. He is so rude and gets smart constantly! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY DEPSOIT BACK WHEN IT CLEARLY SAYS 358 came out of my account!!!!!PLEASE AVOID THESE CHEEKY SCAMMERS
