点评：How do you find a hidden gem, if a visitor to Arrecife in Lanzarote?
From the large Hiper-Dino supermarket on the main street of Arrecife, with the supermarket café entrance behind you take the street in front of you, keep walking and you will find this hidden gem on the right. The map shows the yellow markers, starting at the cafeteria / supermarket walking down the street until you arrive at food heaven.
El Parral is a small locals bar/restaurant that is family run, with an excellent selection of locally sourced food and drinks,
from, Raciones;
“ración. In Spain, a ración is a serving of food eaten in a bar or cafe, generally with a drink. Friends or relatives meet in a bar or cafe, order a number of Raciones, and share them”
From the Raciones to a wide selection of meals to choose from. Make sure you see the three chalk boards and the friendly staff are always on hand to explain each dish, or you can always use your Google translate and take a photo of each board and translate to view at your leisure back at your table while enjoying some local wine or beer.
Whatever you choose I can assure you that you will not only be amazed at the presentation but the flavours and quality will excite your taste buds like never before.
As a former bars and restaurants owner, you can see the care and attention to detail that goes into creating each and every meal by the chef.
I cannot add much to the glowing reviews you will find here on TripAdvisor, I can say it is well worth a visit, and like us, will return again and again.

作为曾经的酒吧和餐厅老板，你一定能感受到厨师在制作每一道菜时对细节的用心和关注。
除了TripAdvisor上那些热情洋溢的评论，我无法再多说什么了，但我可以说，这里非常值得一去，而且像我们一样，你会一次又一次地回到这里。
