点评：I recently dined at Can Bass, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. While the setting and service initially seemed promising, it quickly became clear that there are serious food safety management issues here.
Within 8 hours of eating the Lomo Saltado, I suffered from severe food poisoning, which completely ruined my trip to Ibiza. This wasn’t just a mild case – it was serious enough to make me question the restaurant’s hygiene and food handling practices. It’s evident something went very wrong in the kitchen.
To make matters worse, the food was underwhelming at best. The Lomo Saltado was bland and poorly prepared. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the “baked” cheesecake I was served for dessert was completely underbaked, resembling a Camembert more than anything else – it was completely inedible.
I would absolutely recommend avoiding Can Bass if you don’t want to risk getting sick and ruining your holiday. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid putting others through this awful experience.
