点评:My family and I came for a dinner a few weeks ago. Although I booked the place 3 weeks in advance, they wanted to put us at the worst table, literally next to the entrance/reception (there were plenty of empty tables though), we asked for a better table, so they put us in the next room, which looked alright. It took them ages to bring the menus, to take an order for the drinks and food.. Food was mediocre at best, far from authentic as they claim it is (we have been many times to Japan, and used to live in Asia, visited many amazing Japanese restaurants, we definitely know the Japanese cuisine), and way overpriced for the quality.. The service was simply not existent!! I spent more then 50% of my time waving at a server.. When we asked for a bill, it took them ages to bring it then we asked for a card machine to pay with, and they completely forgot about us for at least 20 minutes (we mentioned a few times we were on a rush), so we took the bill and went to pay at the reception, were we had another disappointment with the extremely rude manager, who dispite being very unbelievably rude he decided to blame the issue on where we were seated (not visible to the staff). He refused to listen to our feedback, and simply said "just leave".
I have never experienced anything like this at any restaurant around the world, been living in Europe and Asia.. it's simply wrong..
