点评：7 stars for Emily's South Ole Spain Tours
We visited Spain this past November and wanted to create a 14 day custom designed tour with the places and destinations we liked, rather than joining a pre-arranged itinerary, as we had limited days. I came across Emily's South Ole Spain tours, and during the entire process Emily was very professional, punctual, and honest. She patiently went thru several iterations of the itinerary before finalizing the right one. During our tour, Emily was always prompt and she would respond within minutes anytime we had a question. She made sure we could visit everything we wanted- from going to the saffron fields in Castilla La Mancha, which is difficult to visit on your own, to going to the smallest village in Andalusia and baking a bread there (I won't mention the name as you have to book the trip to find out !!) , visiting an olive oil mill, an orange orchard and Andalusian farm, La Rioja Frank Gehry designed hotel, designing a day to fit in Segovia, Burgos and EL Escorial in one day (unbelievable...!), visiting selected places in Barcelona, adding a Michelin star dinner in Bilbao that catered to Vegans, an authentic flamenco show in Seville, and many more.. THe drivers and the guides that work with Emily are some of the best and are very knowledgeable, and the cars were also very comfortable- usually Mercedes sedan... There was a day where I forgot to return a key for the hotel and Emily made sure they were returned. As with all tours, sometimes there are always small glitches, but Emily made sure all were addressed promptly. Both my mother and I can not thank Emily enough for her work, passion, and service in making this tour a success, and we will be asking Emily for future travels in Spain and Portugal and others.. THis was a trip with lifelong memories.. and seeing the pictures now brings a smile to our face. I can only wish Emily was handling trips for entire southern Europe- I don't know who to reach out to for Italy that is as good as Emily !
