点评：Arsién has a great interior and we had high expectations to our visit that was a belated birthday dinner.
We were four adults and we wanted to start the evening with drinks. When we ordered our drinks, we also ordered the food and the beverages we wanted for our food. To our big surprice, our drinks were served WITH the food and the beverages (beers, softdrinks and water). I ended up "saving" my rather sweet Espresso Martini for dessert, so to speak, as it really didn't go well with our starters: The tartare. The tartare (tuna and salmon) were super delicious.
After the delicious starters I recieved - amongst other sushi servings - a tempura roll. The roll was deep fried so that the outer "shell" was so hard, that I ended up scratching my palate (top 'ceiling' of the mouth) This was Saturday and today is Thursday, and I still feel the numbness in my mouth, where the sandpaper hard roll did its work.
The waiter asked if everything was OK, and I had to mention the situation with the tempura roll. The waiter was going to pass the information on the the chef, but we were never provided with any compensation to make up for the experience. All we could do was to 'withhold' the tip.
