点评：Upon arrival we were impressed by the surroundings. We were each given a card and directed upstairs. We chose a table and waited for a minute or two. Although we'd tried to learn some basic German, it didn't really extend beyond simple greetings and directions: so we didn't know whether it was table service or not. We noticed some shapes cut into the table and figured they were tablets to order on, we pushed them and they rose up. One had a sticker on that said it was defective, and we soon noticed that two of the others were as well. Each person orders by tapping what they want on the tablet. Drinks, sides and mains. Thankfully, there's an English option so it was really easy to do. I ordered burger, fries and a beer and it came to about €20. There were 5 of us though, so the entire bill came to over a hundred. When you're done, you call for service, and it sends the order to the kitchen. You place the card they give you next to the screen and it loads your order to it. The drinks came first, followed quickly by the rest of the order. Our waiter was really friendly, asking us where we were from and recommending a couple of Hamburg sites for us.
When we were done, we took the cards to the till to be scanned and charged. All in all, a great system.
