点评：I visited ASAL this week in a group of 3 couples. On arrival we were greeted by stunning hostesses who escorted us to our table on the terrace overlooking a bustling street of bars and clubs. Great vibe. The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside and out and has such a modern and luxury feel. We each opted for the taster menu and wine pairing, which was quite the occasion. Staff allowing us to take our time and soak up the atmosphere of DJ and drum performer. The staff were super conscientious and on hearing it was a birthday celebrations, the owner / manager (a wonderful English / Irani / Dutch couple) sent over complimentary cocktails - so thoughtful. Venue was 3/4 full capacity at 9pm on a Tuesday when we visited, which was impressive for a new premises. We really couldn’t fault it as prices are in line with Ibiza standards but decor and vibe were welcoming and friendly - not always the case at high end spots on the island! We will visit again no doubt.
