点评：Really, really, really bad. False advertising galore. Shame on you Radisson for trying to trick your customers by advertising on your website that you have an Italian restaurant on site and shame on the restaurant for showing false opening times and menus.
I booked the Radisson because it was a good central location but also because they state they have a great restaurant on site. Perfect for coming back to after a busy day of meetings but…
The restaurant only opens if the hotel is hosting a conference or event or else it’s closed for dinner.
If the restaurant is open because of a hotel event you only get the buffet available which the hotel put on and is already paid for by the company whose event it is.
Even though it’s already paid for, the restaurant will still charge you for it.
The food you do get is what is left over after the main people have had their fill and is not good. You get nothing from their false menu so don’t bother looking at that.
The restaurant closes at 8pm when it does open.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I was falsely lied to book this hotel rather than others based on their lies to attract people for a service they do not and cannot provide. I’m not coming back here again and I will be advising our company travel team to put this hotel and restaurant on the blocked list.
