Poor reviews but we had the Best salad ever

点评：Despite the poor reviews and as it was the only place open on a dark rainy night we decided to give it a chance
The young guy behind the bar was extremely polite and patient with us despite our very poor Spanish
Not only was he serving drinks ,making coffees etc but also went into the kitchen and made us the best salad that we have ever had!
It was unusual but in a very good way, very fresh and extremely tasty, we were extremely impressed , with all the food that he made
We used Google translate to tell him just how much we had enjoyed it, he was very humble, and clearly doesn't know how talented he is, to be able to put it all together like he did.
Yes there are things that could be improved on, its dated, but it's a rural bar/restaurant not the Ritz
We called in the next morning and ordered coffee and 2 bocadillos to take on our walk, an older gentleman served us and made them fresh for us, he was friendly and the bocadillos were lovely , as was the coffee
We were polite, friendly and that's what we received back from the staff
We would definitely go back
