点评：Another couple, my husband and I, had the pleasure of going on this tour with Simon. He is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the history of the city of Lyon. We walked all over much of the historical area with him explaining along the way. He took us into several of the traboules (passageways) which are found all over Lyon. It was fascinating. He also took us to a large outdoor market which was open and was able to secure some samples of local food specialities (charcuterie) from a few of the vendors.
At the conclusion of the tour, he took us to a bar he owns with a couple of other colleagues. There, he put out a board filled with local cheeses and meats and bread. He gave us glasses of two different wines and a sour beer from the region. This was a very personal and nice way to end the tour.
The tour was properly paced and I think could be completed by most adults capable of walking a couple of miles. There was one moderate hill on the tour.
This was a very interesting (and tasty) tour. I would highly recommend the tour and the guide, Simon.
