点评：The evening was ruined by one very rude waitress. Upon arrival she was abrasive. It took 25 minutes to place a drinks order despite the restaurant being almost empty. She then forgot to bring the water. All food arrived at the same time which wasn't ideal and the quality of the food was reasonable, not exceptional. The oil used to fry the prawn tempura clearly needed changing. However, it was the service which stood out for the wrong reasons. As our glasses were empty, I attempted to get the attention of the waitress to order more drinks. I waited patiently but she ignored us. When I finally got her eye, she put her hand up towards me - the rudest thing I've seen a waitress do to a customer.
Unfortunately, because of this one person, we will no longer return to the hotel and either of its two restaurants. (P.S. other tables around us were also clearly unhappy with the service and waiting ages for drinks to arrive)
