点评:Full of personalities, from the way they present the menu on handwritten blackboards (with menu items that change and evolve all the time), to the half-open kitchen, to how chefs would bring the dishes directly to your table when the waiter is otherwise engaged, to the way they re-imagine ingredients and food.
I tried tuna, fried black pudding and black garlic gnocchi. My favorite one would be the black pudding, which was fried like croquettes/falafels with soft and creamy black pudding filling. The onion that went with it was soft, refreshing, naturally sweet, with a subtle note of tanginess, striking a perfect balance for the dish. The gnocchi turned out to be also deep fried. The presentation and taste were both surprisingly and fairly good, yet two deep fried dishes in a roll was a bit too much for me. Wish the menu could have informed me about how the gnocchi was prepared so I could make better informed choices :)
Overall very pleasant experience and will come back.
