点评：Arrived at 11.38am to be told that breakfast service was finished but lunch would start at 12.. we asked if we could get a drink and wait at the table until 12..we were offered the choice of two tables, even though there were plenty to choose from …we chose one of the two then decided perhaps the other would be better .. at which point the manager raised his eyelids and looked down at us.. he then eventually bought us a menu to choose our drinks and food .. the food arrived promptly .. but it was all down hill after that as it took them 20 mins after I reminded them for the manager to tell me I could not have my drink the barman said no!!.. at this point we still had not received our water even though another table had come in and they were served straight away . He then brought me another menu but never came back to take the order so I was left to drink water only..
we felt like we were a total inconvenience.. when he cleared our table he didn’t even say excuse me but lent across us both …we asked for the bill to add insult to injury he tried to charge us for the drink I couldn’t have.. none of the staff smiled and all looked miserable.. no one was allowed to do anything without his say so.. the food we chose was lovely but the service was poor and the manager very very rude.!!
