点评:Natalie greeted me at the door and then provided me with first class service throughout the evening. She explained each dish’s ingredients, including the organically grown vegetables from their own garden which were so fresh and flavorful. The presentation was beautiful with much thought put into the colors and placement of each ingredient. Each dish was adorned with a colorful, edible flower. Perfectly prepared, I happily indulged in the 4 course menu just so I could try everything! I loved it all, but my favorites were the succulent lobster and all its accompaniments and the white asparagus. I followed Natalie’s wine recommendations which were excellent and perfectly paired with my mains- a white burgundy and a Sancerre. I was so full but managed to eat most of my luscious dessert….a rum baba that was drizzled with rum and topped with a buckwheat ice cream that perfectly balanced the sweetness. An incredible dinner and experience worth every penny. Thank you for spoiling me!
